How It All Started
From Ocean Waves to Retaining Walls
Our founder, Kyle Bilsland, took an unconventional path to property management. After graduating from Millersville University in 2008 with a BS in Oceanography and Ocean Sciences, most people expected him to end up on a research vessel or working coastal restoration. Instead, Kyle brought that same analytical thinking and attention to natural systems to the world of landscaping and masonry.
Turns out, understanding drainage is drainage—whether you're dealing with watershed management or fixing a soggy backyard. And building structures that withstand forces? That applies to seawalls and retaining walls alike.
Kyle officially incorporated Bed Heads Property Management in 2011, but the real work started years before that. Over the past 20 years, we've built a reputation one satisfied customer at a time across Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware Counties.
